I have been going to Train With Kelley and doing “Boxcamp” for several months now and only wish I could express in word how much I have enjoyed it. Kelley is a great trainer who offers great training at a reasonable price.   She cares deeply for all of clients and wants them to achieve their goals, weight loss, toning, bulking up, getting in better shape, training for an event, and so on.    She offers classes (boxing, spin, circuit training, pilates, yoga, TRX, swimming classes and some more that I look  forward with a little fear).    There are several personal trainers at her training center who are more than capable of helping you or your business with your goals. I been training with her for over 3 years. Following a miscarried pregnancy, I thought I would never get my stamina and energy back, let alone my flat tummy! But Kelley was very supportive in reminding me that it will take time, but as long as I give 100%, my stamina and strength will return. And she was right! “Train with Kelley” has been a really fun and productive work out experience.  The best thing is that you never get bored with any of the workouts as they differ from class to class. The trainers are very encouraging and personable making sure you do not waste a second:). Also the class schedule allows plenty of flexibility thus little room for excuses:)

Statistics

- Pat lost 50 pounds since June 16th 2007 and counting.

- Wanda lost 31 pounds since June 2nd 2007 and counting.

- In my last boot camp the average weight loss over an eight week period was 5.3 pounds.  If you lost 5.3 pounds every eight weeks for a year you would lose 34.45 pounds.  Amazing!!!

- The amount of improvement of upper body strength (tested by using push-ups) ranged from 25-100% improvement!!

- The amount of improvement of abdominal strength (tested with sit-ups) ranged from 16-48% improvement.  That means the person who improved by 48% did 23 sit-ups in a minute the pre-test and did 45 sit-ups at the post-test!

- My clients lost an average of 8.7% body fat in the last 8 week boot camp.
