Days and Times:

Mondays:

  • 5:30-6:00am Cardio Camp
  • 9:15-9:50am Boxing
  • 3:15-3:45pm
  • 5:15-5:50pm *Basic Training
  • 6:30-7:15pm (*45 minute combo)
  • 7:15-8:00pm 

Tuesdays:

  • 9:15-9:50am
  • 5:15-5:45pm
  • 6:30-7:05pm

Wednesdays:

  • 9:15-9:50am
  • 5:15-5:50pm *Basic Training
  • 5:50-6:20pm Yoga
  • 6:30-7:05pm

Thursdays:

  • 9:15-9:50am
  • 5:15-5:45pm
  • 5:15-6:15pm Zumba and Zumba Tone
  • 6:30-7:05pm

Friday:

  • 9:15-9:50am Boxing

Saturdays:

  • 8:45-8:15am Pilates
  • 9:30-10:15pm (*45 minute combo)

Keep in mind:

You choose what days you come.  You can mix and match the days depending on your schedule.  For example, if you came Monday and Wednesday one week; you could come Thursday and Saturday the next week if you wanted.  The packages are extremely flexible.

*Combo – Is both an upper and lower workout combined for 45 minutes.

*Basic Training – Is for learning in the in’s and out’s of bootcamp. It’s either an upper or lower body workout, depending on the week.
