FAQ
What is boot camp exactly?
Boot camp is a workout that uses minimal equipment alternating upper and lower body workouts infused with cardio throughout. By keeping the heart rate up for the majority of the workout you increase strength while maximizing caloric burn. Workouts will include weight work, obstacle courses, relays, using your own body weight against you, core work and partner work. All of the above is designed to keep the workouts full of variety and for you to enjoy (the best you can) the workouts.
