What is TRX® Suspension Training®?

What is suspension training? 

In a nutshell, suspension training is a highly effective form of bodyweight exercise. You perform various functional exercises in a suspended state with the use of a suspension trainer to leverage your bodyweight against gravity and develop elite fitness.

Carabiner  - Used to secure the TRX Suspension Trainer to a wall, tree, etc… 

Intermediate Anchor Loops - Used with the carabiner to secure to wall, tree, etc… 

Adjustment Tabs - Used to adjust the length of the straps to accommodate for the various exersies. 

Cam Buckles - Allow adjustment of the length of straps. 

Handles - Used to support hand based exercises. 

Foot Cradles - Used to support feet based exercises.
