The boot camps are held in the group fitness room at Michelin’s gym and consist of a 30-40 minute workout designed to meet all fitness levels. The workouts focus on upper or lower body infused with cardio throughout to maximize the workout and caloric burn. All exercises are leveled beginner, intermediate, and advanced to meet the needs of all participants.
