Bridal Boot Camp

 

 

Bridal Boot Camp is a three month program designed to get you in shape for your big day! You choose whether to work out for 2 or 3 days a week. See your body transform before your eyes! 

The packages includes:

  • 24-36 Boot Camps (2-3 days a week)
  • Fitness Tests (Cardio, Core, and Upper Body Strength)
  • Body Measurements
  • Weight
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Muscle Mass Percentage
  • Metabolic Age
  • Bone Density
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Before and After Photos
  • Special Lecture Nights

In addition the Bridal Boot Camp includes total fitness analysis printout at the end of the program. 

Keep in mind:

This program isn’t just for the brides!  Sign up your mother, mother-in-law, bridesmaids, etc. and save money with packages (see below) while ensuring your wedding pictures will be the envy of all.

Packages and Rates

Bridal Boot camp packages are sold in 3 month increments. Pricing is based on how many sign up together.  The price goes down as you sign up more friends and or family!

One day a week for three months: $90

Two days a week for three months: $165

Three days a week for three months: $215

Four days a week for three months: $250

Unlimited: $300

Bridal Boot Camp is based out of Lexington, SC and is only three minutes from I-20!  (For the weekly schedule please visit the Location and Times page)

Equipment

What YOU will need to bring:

  • Printed and Signed Waiver Form (click here to print the WaiverForm)
  • Two sets of free weights (suggestions below)
  • Yoga mat or Towel
  • Water Bottle
  • Positive Attitude

Weight Suggestions

Women

Beginner           3 lbs and 5 lbs weights

Intermediate     3 lbs, 5 lbs and 8 lbs weights

Advanced         5 lbs, 8 lbs, and 10 lbs weights

Men

Beginner           5 lbs and 8 lbs weights

Intermediate     5 lbs, 8 lbs, and 10 lbs weights

Advanced         8 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs weights

(Weights can be found at Dicks, Play it Again Sports, Walmart, and Target)

In addition boot camp uses many pieces of “equipment” that can be found around the home.  We used items such as, logs, cones, playground balls, noodles, pvc pipes, etc… (These items are supplied for use by Train With Kelley)

We also use TRX® Suspension Training® bands during boot camp sometimes. (Please see the TRX® page for more details)
