Men

Beginner           5 lbs and 8 lbs weights

Intermediate     5 lbs, 8 lbs, and 10 lbs weights

Advanced         8 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs weights

(Weights can be found at Dicks, Play it Again Sports, Walmart, and Target)

In addition boot camp uses many pieces of “equipment” that can be found around the home.  We used items such as, logs, cones, playground balls, noodles, pvc pipes, etc… (These items are supplied for use by Train With Kelley)

We also use TRX® Suspension Training® bands during boot camp sometimes. (Please see the TRX® page for more details)

*Reebok makes a great free weight that you can adjust the weight with a pin called Reebok speed pack.  They have one that goes up to 12.5lbs in 2.5 lb increments and one that goes up to 25lbs in 2.5lb increments.  If you want something compact this is the way to go.  If you already have free weights by all means use those.  I got my Reebok weights at Target but I’m sure if you Google or E-bay it you can find them as well.
