Diagnostic Wellness

Diagnostic Wellness offers a meal plan program that includes customized meal plans based on your unique profile and lifestyle. The program recommends meals from 13,000 foods and includes a grocery list.

Their web-based application allows users to enter and maintain a personal dietary/lifestyle profile, set goals, automatically receive the recommended daily calories and select from a variety of registered diets designed meal plans and grocery lists that fit their dietary needs.

For around $5.00 a month, you will receive weekly meal plans!

Prices

Boot Camps

  • 2X week for 3 months: $165
  • 3X week for 3 months: $215
  • 4X week for 3 months: $250
  • Unlimited for 3 months: $300

Personal and Small Group Training

  • One on One Personal Training: $25/half hour
  • 2-3 People Training: $15 per person/half hour
  • Small Group Training (4-6 people): $10 per person/half hour

Kelley Blashka

Kelley Blashka is an AFAA certified personal trainer who also has a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Biology. Her philosophy of training is to cater to your personal needs and goals while making training affordable. She uses a “Bootcamp” style that infuses upper and lower body strength with cardio throughout the workout. The workouts are only 30 minutes long, but I promise that is all you need!

Boot Camp Overview

Boot camp is open to all fitness levels, but you must come ready to work hard and to push your body to it’s limits. The workouts are designed to help you lose weight, increase strength, increase cardio, and reverse aging. By pushing your body past what you think you can do, you promote emotional and physical well being. We use a limited amount of equipment in Bootcamp that shows you ways you can use your own body weight to challenge your fitness.
